Good Company

Pros

Decent benefits and pay for mid-market CSM. Product seems to be evolving over time, but has Learning and Development team that can be leveraged regularly.

Cons

Had to go into office three days per week, demanding schedule. Had 80+ clients at one point, so if you can't multitask or balance multiple clients, it might not be a good fit.

Thank you for spending part of your career with ZoomInfo and for highlighting our benefits, evolving product, and learning resources. We know that managing a large book of business can be demanding, and your feedback on workload and in office expectations is heard. We’ve been working hard to find balances that include re-evaluation of book sizes. We will keep reviewing how we support CSMs so they can deliver impact for customers while maintaining a sustainable balance. – Whitney Littman, ZoomInfo VP of Customer Success

Good company to work for

Pros

- very good work-life balance - management is actually very supportive and present, not just a shadow figure you never interact with - good pay - good job opportunities - good people

Cons

- current low stock price causes upper management to push what feels like random panic decisions in an attempt to boost the stock or save money. - office politics much more prevelent than israeli companies. - working hours often peak at the evening and can sometimes drag to late at night due to most of the company being stationed in the US/canada. - AI, AI and more AI, even when it doesn't make sense.

We appreciate you taking the time to share such balanced feedback. It is great to hear that work life balance, pay, and supportive leadership are helping you grow here. We know global hours, market pressure, and evolving priorities like AI can create strain. Feedback like yours helps leaders be more intentional about focus, communication, and where new technology truly adds value. If you would be up for it, I would welcome the opportunity to talk to you 1 on 1 to brainstorm solutions on how we can improve. My door is open to you. – Amir Arama, ZoomInfo VP of R&D

Pros

Massive Internal Network: I’ve been able to connect with experts in completely different fields and even explore lateral moves to other departments without leaving the company.

Cons

You may find your calendar constantly double-booked with "alignment" calls and status updates that could have been handled in a quick email.
