Pros

Strong product-market fit. Good pay for closing roles. Lots of large, well-known tools in tech stack.

Cons

C-Suite is stuck in 2020 when ZoomInfo had 0 legitimate competitors, sales targets still reflect that time and are extremely high for today's landscape in this vertical. No quota relief for time off and you are measured month-to-month. OT is basically mandatory to hit quota.
