Strong story and data moat amidst challenging environment for SaaS

Pros

Company has a proprietary data moat that should help it weather the storm in SaaS. Very revenue-focused and highly profitable. Nice juxtaposition to a lot of tech companies which are big money losers, even as public companies. Still founder led. This matters a lot in the terms of the culture.

Cons

Market environment is challenging for SaaS. ZI has a strong story but even SaaS companies with strong stories are seeing their stock pummeled right now.
