Great people, and excellent technology working in a multi-cloud environment. the salary is excellent, having yearly bonuses and a pay rise, and from time to time small rewards. great offices, and working in hybrid mode.

Cons

Working globally, no work-life balance. Fast delivery, always working under pressure, There is no compensation for on-call. High turnover of employees. No HR, no one cares about you as an employee.

Smart people. Surprisingly phenomenal health care, but it’s a bit pricy.

Cons

Lack of transparency from management. Hostile environment towards women. Probably the worst WLB I’ve had in my career. Pay is ok.
