Great WLB and compensation. Very good work culture.

Cons

Erratic decisions from management. Lots of layoffs every 3 months. Lots of cost cuts. Ridiculous return to office policy whereas most people's project team are in the US.

Nice office. Good people. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Management prioritizes their own titles and promotions over employee well-being and work environment. Promotions appear to be gender/age biased. Toxic and unhealthy workplace. Employees are not appreciated. No promotions for 3-5 years of work. Poorly organized events with bad food and cheap gifts. Yearly bonus is a sham; performance reviews are used to avoid payouts.
