1yYou summed up our Vancouver workspace and team quite well! We're especially excited to move into our brand new waterfront Terminal 1 location this summer. In terms of compensation, we aim to be transparent in our job postings and throughout the interview process. We also signed the California Equal Pay Pledge in 2024 in which we committed to conducting an annual company-wide gender pay analysis, reviewing hiring and promotion processes and procedures to reduce bias and structural barriers, and promoting best practices that will close the pay gap.
