Pros

Generally decent place to work with some nice perks.

Cons

Employees are often stunted from growth and under-compensated for additional job responsibilities. Management gives political answers and lacks reassurance for the workforce.

Pros

None I can think of right now

Cons

Engineering leadership with: - lack of focus - constant shift of priorities - micromanagement - feedback are not welcomed - poor learning investment - not follow through with their "promises" I could go on and on. Enough to say that if you are looking for money without having a say, or opportunity to collaborate and grow then consider ZoomInfo. But if you are serious about a career I would never recommend this company.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Since 2020, we have nearly tripled our workforce, acquired seven other companies, launched marketing and recruiting platforms, made massive improvements to our sales platform, gained literally thousands of new customers, and expanded our operations to four other countries. And we are showing no signs of slowing down. We are innovating with speed and changing the game as we do it. This means we have multiple priorities at all times and have to execute and strategize simultaneously. We work hard and have to stay light on our feet so that we can respond quickly to market trends and customer needs. We have numerous feedback channels including one-on-ones, leadership roundtables, pulse polls, and surveys. I have heard this feedback and personally prioritized learning and development for Engineering, especially managers. Being part of the engineering team at ZoomInfo is challenging, but if you are willing to push yourself to get 1% better every day, I believe you can grow more personally and professionally at ZoomInfo than at almost any other SaaS company. Thank you again for your thoughts, and I wish you the best of luck in your next role. – Nir Keren, ZoomInfo Chief Technology Officer

Pros

The product is excellent & the organization is going places. Senior leadership hasn’t taken their foot off the gas post IPO. High level of talent.

Cons

The “hit your number” tag line is ironic because of how lofty the goals are. The inbound meetings are a plus, but certainly not what I expected as an external hire. The inbound router is similar to the wealth gap- the rich get richer. I’m not naive enough to think top reps shouldn’t get the best meetings, but you have to draw the line somewhere if you want to hire at scale and expect new AEs to do well. All the reviews regarding work life balance are true. The pay doesn’t seem as great when your working so many hours.
