      Very high sales targets compared to other companies Can be ruthless if you can't keep up with these targets Company doesn't do much to foster a 'company culture' - you come here to make money Current progression from SDR to AE seems non-existent.

      ZoomInfo offers a stable work environment with supportive managers and genuinely kind, collaborative colleagues. The company is well-structured and provides a sense of security and consistency in day-to-day work.

      Cons

      Salary adjustments don’t always keep pace with market trends, which can impact long-term retention. There has also been noticeable managerial turnover, which at times affects team stability and continuity.

      401k matching and not much else

      Cons

      Stay away from this sinking ship! Constant layoffs. They distribute the extra work to the remaining people with no increase in pay. Lots of micromanaging. Pretend that they value employee feedback and do nothing with it.
