      Great Place to Work - Not Great for Climbing the Ladder

      Pros

      Truly is a great place to be. There's a lot of support and genuine people at ZoomInfo. The product is great to sell.

      Cons

      I was told I could get promoted within a year of being an SDR here and I was hired remotely. Now, there have been SDRs on my team that have been waiting 3+ years for promotion with no end in sight, only further pushing my ability to get promoted back because they do it based on seniority. Also, they are now only hiring promotions to be people in-office. I was hired remotely and live no where near one of their offices which makes this a stagnant job for me.

      The product is great and coworkers were nice and helpful

      Cons

      Had multiple managers in just a few months who didn't seem to care about career growth/struggles when I would ask for guidance
