Sales Hustler?

Pros

If you are a seasoned sales person and can make it work it is decent pay and coworkers were great.

Cons

- Insanely micromanaged (2-3 team meetings a day) - No set territories so fighting over companies and pissed off prospects are common because they are called every month by a new rep - So much turn over - Disorganized prospecting made it insane - Lots of overtime expected (people even work weekends) - Huge hustle and boys club culture

As a sales leader here, I want to acknowledge that this job isn’t easy. We operate in a fast-paced environment, and we set a high bar. That’s intentional. We’re serious about performance, development, and building a team that wins together. But with that pace comes challenges, and your points about turnover, territory overlap, and prospecting are real things we’ve worked—and continue to work—hard to improve. We’ve made meaningful progress, like tightening our sales motion, investing in tools that reduce friction in prospecting, and giving reps more structure around account ownership. And while multiple daily check-ins may feel like micromanagement, our intent is to support, not control, our reps, especially as we hire people at all stages of their sales careers. Feedback like yours helps us strike that balance more effectively. I also want to call out what you said about pay and coworkers—thank you for that. We’ve got an incredible group of people here who show up, support each other, and bring a lot of energy to the work. We're building a culture that values grit and accountability, but also one that’s inclusive, respectful, and driven by shared success--not cliques or hierarchy. Reps who thrive on proactivity and competition find ZoomInfo to be a great place to build their sales careers. That doesn’t mean it’s perfect, but it does mean there’s a ton of opportunity for those who want to seize it. --Sean D, VP of Sales Development

Pros

Things move quickly here, and there’s no shortage of meaningful, impactful projects to tackle. While the workload can be intense at times, management is generally supportive and understanding of the day-to-day challenges that come with meeting tight deadlines. Senior leadership is the most transparent I’ve encountered in my career. Communication around company vision and strategy is clear and consistent, and leadership does a great job of keeping employees informed. Team members are encouraged to ask questions during all-hands meetings—even the tough ones—and leadership makes a genuine effort to address them openly. Most of all, it's really the people that make ZoomInfo so great, and that is from the top down! ZoomInfo is a collection of incredibly talented and passionate Individuals from around the world that I feel honored to work with!

Cons

Benefits overall are pretty good, but Health Care coverage options could be better.

We’re really glad to hear that the pace and scope of the work at ZoomInfo are translating into meaningful, high-impact opportunities for you. Things do move quickly here. Speed and change are part of our DNA, but we know that pace only works when it’s paired with support, transparency, and a strong sense of team. It’s great to hear that you’ve felt that from both your peers and our leadership. Your shoutout to our all-hands culture and open communication means a lot. Creating a space where people feel heard (especially when asking the tough questions) is something we’re proud of and always working to uphold. And we couldn’t agree more: the people are what make this place truly special. We’re lucky to have such a passionate, driven, and collaborative team across the globe. We also appreciate your feedback on healthcare options. Our HR team continues to evaluate and evolve our benefits to better serve the needs of our team, and insights like yours are incredibly helpful in guiding those conversations. Thanks again for being part of the team—and for helping make ZoomInfo such a great place to work! --Michelle M, SVP of Human Resources

Pros

Great place to work for those who can work efficiently, add value, respond and action on feedback, and continue to elevate the bar. Exciting time to be here while we're creating a new category in the market and focusing our identity on GTM.

Cons

The vibe is not for everyone; it is kind of 'keep up or get out'. If you're competitive and work well under that kind of pressure to deliver, then it is great. But not everyone would excel in that environment.
