Pros

My onboarding was seamless, and even moving from one manager to another after 7 months further reflected that the leadership cares about how comfortable their employees feel when changes are being made. I've felt more valued here in a little over a year than I did at my previous org with 5+ years. I'm heard by leadership, and my opinions are taken into account when decisions are made. I have forged a solid path with my career and feel so much support from my colleagues.

Cons

Sometimes we move quickly, and constant communication can fall through the cracks. But we are definitely working to better manage that

Non-Alignment between teams leads to burn out and inability to execute. Some good people here however being pitted against each other in a culture that only values results. (Any the benchmarks for results are always changing).
