      Very smart and well educated executive team, just ask them Pay and bonuses PTO

      All of the executives moved to Connecticut creating an us (Warsaw) vs them (CT) environment. New CEO and Chairman of the Board was very passionate yet totally fake... he has moved to Solventum Very unwilling to try new things IT was very behind the industry, mostly staffed by a temp agency

      - GOOD ORG CHART. Mature corporate culture that distributes responsibilities efficiently and effectively - STABILITY. ZB is a large company with industry relationships and top-line revenue that provide a good degree of stability

      Cons

      - WEAK COMP. Salaries were far behind the market when I departed. ZB saw itself as more of a "Warsaw, IN" company than a "Highly-regulated, Fortune 500" company - LIMITED GROWTH. Operates in a pretty well saturated market (orthopedics), with the only avenue to serious growth being through taking share from Stryker, DePuy, and other mature and fiercely-competitive companies
