Pros

Good benefits, decent colleagues, fair about time off, good work-life balance. Overtime rarely expected. Tuition reimbursement is nice and it's a friendly, moderately paced place.

Cons

Typical mind-numbing cube farm, little recognition and because corporate is so stingy with promotions, people get bored (and insulted) before anything is done about it.

The people at Zimmer Spine are top notch folks that have excellent backgrounds and experience to drive the company to high levels of success.

Cons

Zimmer Holdings has become so "lawyered up" and paranoid about not going to jail for being out of compliance that in-house personnel and field sales force is hamstrung when trying to compete in the marketplace.
