Opportunity for growth and ability to gain responsibility at early stages of one's career on high level projects.

Cons

No longer focused on employee welfare. Marketing management is very ineffective and does not provide guidance or feedback to staff. Negative environment, with new management being very challenging to work under.

Good pay, working with doctors can be fun.

Cons

Zimmer is still stuck in a distributor model, which other industries of medical sales seem to have moved away from. Kind of like the wild west, treated terribly by higher level reps (in my situation), and very VERY little support from the distributor when things would go wrong with his team. Overall a terrible, untenable situation.
