- Environment - Clean/safe Environment - Team Members <3 - Overall friendly and positive people - Job Security - Feel very secure and needed here - PTO - That was one of the first WOW moments for me how much time you get from the start. - Family First! - Managment is very understanding and if something comes up they are flexible.

Cons

-For me it would be the drive. Thats on me though. Only 30 minutes but some days are better than others. - Honestly I'm trying real hard to think of cons and none are coming to me.

Great people a few actually decent managers

Cons

No work life balance due to poor management and poor planning so always mandated overtime. Benefits cost an arm and a leg for single employees who actually need coverage (especially since the other two options don’t cover anything not even a bandaid) Don’t expect to be promoted if you’re a female cause they will pass you over everytime. EEOP is not a thing there if you want to move up without sleeping with someone. And if you have a serious medical condition they don’t work with you they just let you go but put it down as something else.
