The people you work with are great and so are most of management.

Cons

Your job is on the line every year at review time, if you make it past the constant “restructuring”. Every year you're compared to others in your salary range not just your peers. If you don't fall in the bottom 5% you are safe unless you make too much money or have been there more than 7 years.

Salary is decent. Benefits are ok, but diminishing steadily. Work is interesting and meaningful. Austin employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

Communication is nonexistent. Not surprising that sales are so bad, the company seems aimless and top management is clueless. Employees are very dissatisfied and insecure. There is no trust in management.
