Cons

Compensation compared to the hours it takes to succeed make it a live to work company. There are also always serious issues with not being able to get product and neglect if you are in a small market.

Difficult to move up the ladder. Must be in a position for more than a year to advance. Increase in pay is 3-4% a year but if you leave and return increase is significant.
