I do not know what to say in the pro category; they give a lot of freedom to their field service engineers.

Cons

Zimmer rushes a product to market without thinking through how they are going to support that product in the short or long term. They have a lot of great products and ideas, but they are not asking the questions or implementing the necessary changes to make Zimmer a true industry leader.

The people here are great, as are the benefits. They have many benefits that other companies cant even touch, including ZB club and Ignite.

Cons

Overtime mandates can get excessive. Also it takes way too long to get on 1st shift.
