Benefits are decent and bonus are fair.

Cons

Coming to work and being lied to about new jobs and more work, but then they transferred a large group to different lower paid jobs to cut product lines and save revenue. They tell you there are changes coming, but only benefit them, not you. They are manipulative and untrustworthy. The production workers deserve better. We are not your slaves.
