      Pros

      My Manager is based in US and I am based in Asia. The understanding and priority work life balance is high as we allow to work from home. she is understanding as well though we have different time zone

      Cons

      Career progression is still unclear as I am not sure what will be in 5 years planning in this company

      Pros

      Great people & culture! ERG's such as YPN give team members opportunities to connect & grow outside of their normal jobs. Being able to work from home a majority of the time is another major pro as well.

      Cons

      Proper resourcing can be a struggle which can lead to additional work.
