Pros

- benefits like discounts to healthinsurances, cosmetics etc - great team work, always helping each other! - travel expenses - kitchen, toilet and your locker.

Cons

- work-life balance. On your free days you just want to stay in bed and do nothing. - uniform shoes are terrible. - be ready for back and feet pain everyday. - unpaid breaks. - ALWAYS START with 20h or 24h contract! - no opportunity to grow. - very low salary. - no life insurance. - employee discount (25%) only on second contract. (After 7 months) - be ready to stay over hours, especially on sales, and be home at 23:00-00:00 for example. - to much work and less employees. You work double and nobody is gonna pay you double for that. - terrible schedule. - there is a probability that you will HATE clothes and people.

Pros

The discount is decent Your coworkers make shifts bearable

Cons

Managers are hotheaded with huge fragile egos, they don't care about their employees. Not mention both store management and head office are extremely unprofessional. They don't let employees talk, even when the store is closed. The uniform they give you after 3 months either rips or comes apart from one wash. The uniform shoes are rubber with no support. You are expected to keep the fitting room empty and floor clean with only two people on the floor to help customers and clean. There will be only one cashier at the cash most of the time, even on the busiest hours. If you can avoid working here, please do. Extremely stressful job with high expectations for minimum wage.

Pros

- you meet new friendly people - managers (floor managers & floor supervisors) that were hired BEFORE you are nice

Cons

- Managers are DOUBLE face (they think low of you) - Managers do not praise you if you get task done but NOTICE all your mistakes - Managers are unfriendly do not talk to you unless they need you to do task - No employee discount unless you are a full-timer and you also need to wait three months - Small locker room to accommodate over 200 staff (unbelievable) - No tea room just locker room (they only care about profits not staff) - People leave because of dispute with managers - If you do not have more than three days availability as a Casual you do not get shifts - Repetitive task that go on for weeks which gives you no motivation to learn - Very tiring with long hours and are expected to accomplish impossible task Very despicable treatment of higher managers please create a new work culture. Personally I have worked at many other top retail stores and people treat you like family not like dirt. Do not waste your time hanging around negative energy.
