If you want a carrier in fashion retail this is the best company to start. They offer the best training and work experience in the fastest environment. Salary is good and it includes bonuses. After a couple of years in Zara you should have no problem getting any similar or better job.

Cons

The atmosphere is extremely competitive and you need to be very strong minded to coup with everyday stress. You also need to be a hard worker to meet all the expectations of the job.

Cons

Pay was low for the amount of work. Scheduling was often very inconsistent with more hours during school season so it was hard to keep up
