      Pros

      If you want a carrier in fashion retail this is the best company to start. They offer the best training and work experience in the fastest environment. Salary is good and it includes bonuses. After a couple of years in Zara you should have no problem getting any similar or better job.

      Cons

      The atmosphere is extremely competitive and you need to be very strong minded to coup with everyday stress. You also need to be a hard worker to meet all the expectations of the job.

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
