Pros

It's a thriving company and they are always expanding and promoting. It can be fun at times!

Cons

The pay. Shitty pay for excruciating hours. The discount is crummy and the quality of clothes is terrible. Customers come in thinking they're shopping at a place like Versace but in reality it's like shopping at Dillard's.

Pros

-Good relationships with co-workers -exposed to the latest styles trends

Cons

1. Minimum wage pay with commissions 2. Definitely OVERWORKS employees: during store opening, there were 2 instances where girls fainted in the store during the 12 hour work shifts that everyone had. The store's temperature was unbearably hot and the music was blasting too loud (for 12 hours straight during 3 days). HR handled the situation and claimed that the girl just needed to "eat"... 3. Some Managers and "Responsibles" are extremely inadequate in terms of customer service and also in the way that employees are treated (managers are often times rude and inconsiderate) 4. The bag check policy: all employees are checked by managers every time they leave/enter the store for theft and loss prevention purposes... Sometimes employees will have to wait/waste 10 minutes of their break time just to wait/find a manager to perform a bag check. Many instances where managers would make employees open all the pockets in all the bags and on coats to check, some like to pull your bag and touch your bag while checking, extremely rude and unprofessional when done in front a line-up of customers.
