Pay is reasonable, get to interact with lot of ppl, retail experience which I guess gets you ready for life.

Cons

Short breaks, occasionally rude staff (severity depends on your personality, be prepared to take some shyt from other employees).

I had a great staff to work with that made the job itself bearable

Terrible management, you get treated poorly, and it just doesn't make any sense to work there unless you are 17 and desperately need a job

Fun and interesting people to work with. Occasional oversight from HQ will get the entire store scrambling. There are chances for promotion if you work hard and are dependable.

Cons

Sometimes employee training is lacking. Better training should be provided. There are store politics and favoritism from managers. Just keep your head down and try to stay out of it !
