      Pros

      Fun and interesting people to work with. Occasional oversight from HQ will get the entire store scrambling. There are chances for promotion if you work hard and are dependable.

      Cons

      Sometimes employee training is lacking. Better training should be provided. There are store politics and favoritism from managers. Just keep your head down and try to stay out of it !

      Pros

      My coworkers and Managers felt like a family I felt supported and was able to make good connections At the time I was there my managers made it feel less daunting to ask questions or come to them if I had concerns about customers . I feel like if I stayed with Zara longer I would have been able to move within the company easily.

      Cons

      Air conditioning didn't work while I was there.
