      You get to meet and work with great people!

      Extremely fast paced. Management and head office isn’t great. Scheduling is strange and seems quite biased at times. Sometimes you are only scheduled to work 3 hours…They are constantly cutting hours leading to shortage of employees with an increase in workload. The increase in work makes the overall environment very overwhelming for just 1 person to handle. What’s funny is they cut hours but they are constantly calling people on their off days asking them to work.

      25% discount , get to know the new shipment coming in , get to meet interesting coworkers, 1 hour lunch plus two ten minutes breaks if working 8-9 hours for a shift

      Cons

      Short-staffed since a lot of people quit , managers have favoritism (so if they like you you can move up ) , hr doesn’t help , gets scheduled closing or until 8:30 most of the time since short -staffed, they don’t respect your availability or mental health, expect to do the work of five people in a shift most of the time

      Cons

      management is horrible, they do not care about the staff at all. As well as abusive customers yelling at your because they cannot find their sizes.
