Pros

Experienced and skills you learn from the hardships you experience. You are mainly on your own.

Cons

No work life balance. Overloaded with work and unrealistic expectations. As a manager you are responsible for training other managers/staff for other locations without any incentive while at the same time being held accountable for it and for the condition of your store and department.

Pros

The interview is easy, they pay on time.

Cons

I worked in the Zara store in Battersea, and the atmosphere was always abusive. You can see even lower-ranking managers crying because the other Managers are psychologically mistreating them. I have to work at STOCKROOM and I can only do it for a month. Unbearable atmosphere. They assign you tasks that are extremely harmful to your health. Ex: Moving excessive delivery weight. That does not appear in the employment contract. If you refuse to do so, they verbally attack you in front of everyone to humiliate you. Or the managers harass you when you are alone. You have to say yes to everything. I ended up injured. Without any support from managers. In the hospital several times. Due to their poor management of employee welfare. Regrettable.
