      Pros

      I started my engineering carrier in ZTE Corporation and then transferred into ZTE Sri Lanka Pvt Ltd till 2015 (last year of Employer mentioned as 2018 as it allows to select that year). I really learnt a lot from there and I can say that is my foundation of carrier development.

      Cons

      The local staff having maintained a certain level of internal politics rather than evaluate through the dedication and hardwork.
