      Great experience learning how to manage an engineering project

      Pros

      Get to work in a country wide scale telecom project. Working with experts from different countries and particularly with Chinese people. Learning to manage a project in many different aspects. Tecnhical support, site deployments, logistics and wharehouse, subcontractor handling, etc. Having a strong support team.

      Cons

      The need to work sometimes during the night or very early in the morning in order to meet Chinese colleagues in their local time, which happens to be 11 hours of difference from my local time.

      a very good team, understanding professionals in their field, with a view to the distant future.

      Cons

      it's good and bad at the same time, to get a full-time job, you have to do a special internship in China, which is not suitable for non-Chinese.
