      Constant learning Internal training and good camaraderie between areas Salary according to the market

      Cons

      100% face-to-face work, difficult to adapt to new ways of working focused on results. Excessive work without compensation to the employee for the extra effort. Poor assignment of tasks to people according to their profile. They do not respect legal vacations, they make people work during vacations or they arbitrarily end them early.
