      Pros

      ZTE has a very good environment with very professional people in many fields The company promotes work-life balance Good salaries and posibilities of grow within the company

      Cons

      I really don't find big downsides of working at ZTE, I would mention just that at the beginning it is usual to start being contracted, and after a while you will get a permanent role.
