      1. Because zte is big company there is alot of learning resource. 2. Zte as growing company all over the world so it can be a positive point in your CV.

      1. If you are not chinese there is no chance to be international staff . 2. training plan is not good.

      because ZTE company is a pioneer in telecom field , and its good for me to start my career in a such company .

      i think its in there long term contracts which can stands like an obstacle for your future aspiration.
