      A good company as your first career experience.

      Pros

      A lot change to dig your abilities, and a lot chances to enrich your experiences. the working pressure is not quite huge here.

      Cons

      overtime working, not equal relationship in department. Payment is not quite good compare with other competitors. Not easy to get promotion unless you stay more than 8 years.

      Good working environment in the company. Made a lots of long lasting friendships there. Learned a lot for my current field of work.

      The working attitude is a little laid back and not aggressive. When I was leaving the company, the response from the department and HR was not entirely professional
