      One has the opportunity to be involved in high tech technology, team is great

      no good pay, higher management don't appreciate one's good performance, very poor managers' skill and very poor organizational structure

      Pros

      If you work on end products like cell phone, hot spot, WI-FI, IPTV and so on. It's good to grow up with this company on US market, especially you are a Chinese, and you like to work in the chinese environment.

      Cons

      For US government restrict, ZTE can't sell core network products to US. And it's have a strong chinese culture background, if you can't speak chinese, it's like you work in a foreign company.
