      It's a good company except too little salary

      Pros

      Good colleague around you, and you can make friends with most of them. Good project to do, you can see your contribute you made.

      Cons

      Personal skill be limited to a small area, not have much chance to learn something beyond your work. Salary is too low compare to other company.

      Lots of work to do and people who want to work. Good place to start as software industry Good training for graduates

      Cons

      Working place is far from city center, not convenience. Work are often have a tight deadline and need to work overtime
