      They will offer a good starting pay.

      Cons

      Typical Chinese culture, no work balance. Paranoid company where you cant even connect a thumb drive to the laptop without approval. Very political. No proper visa when working overseas, unless something bad happens. Stupid pointless exams. No proper job scope. Be prepared to use your own vehicle to fetch China staff or even to do drive tests. Unprofessional management who only care about theirselves. No career advancement, unless ur into politics.

      Pros

      Friendly, smart and highly qualified people. Very strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry in general.

      Cons

      No real business model to produce network equipment for the US market, compounded by the decision from the US government to become involved in procurement deals by US carriers.
