This company is the top two telecom equipment company in China. Higher salary compared to other small or middle size software company. Work load is OK, sometimes you have to over time. For instance, two evenings and one extra weekend probably.

Cons

Work efficiency is not very high. Sometimes a lot time were wasted. Sometimes overtime work is unnecessary.
