      A good company to learn

      Pros

      Friendly management, have chance to get responsibility & learning, big company & better job security, can switch among different product lines, good corporate culture

      Cons

      If you are not recruited from China then you will always have to work under a person from China which will limit your responsibility and learning, compare to the peer company unattractive salary, there is no ladder to go to the top, and you may do overtime without any single penny
