      Pros

      I can gain some experience that i can't get in school,I mean,some experience in the industry.

      Cons

      I have to say that the salary in ZTE is a little bit low,compared to developed countries.

      1)very horizontal and organic work culture. 2)Very Good exposure & Opportunities. 3)Give big roles and responsiblities in early stage of career.

      Cons

      1)poor leadership specially in ZTE india. 2)Do not take all employees equal.give lot of favor to Chinese staff. 3)Staff with very low competency.
