      Pros

      Freedom to do a lot of different things. Sometimes lucky to travel abroad. Learn a lot about the Chinese culture. Made some nice friends.

      Cons

      Management changes very often, lack of direction, if your too experienced you will be disappointed what ZTE has to offer you. Pay is not good and hard to work yourself up.
