I was in a pretty vivid team where the organizational structure was not rigid. I could communicate my ideas directly to the ceo and reported my work to him.

Cons

It is a big cooperation so the organizational structure in general is rigid. If you are looking for a stable job, thsi might be a great place for you otherwise you will feel bord later.
