      Pros

      The American team is great to work with. They are professional, considerate and respectful. It is a great team that will do whatever needs to be done in order to help one another.

      Cons

      Information is withheld and not distributed from the Chinese to the Americans. It is viewed as something that can be used to make an individual look good as opposed to something that can be beneficial to the entire team. Additionally, as an American, growth opportunities are very limited.

      Good and friendly place to work. every body share their knowledge and perfect interaction is available between all the personnel of the company

      Cons

      communicate with Chinese colleagues is very difficult some times and the most problematic case is happen when you have to communicate with head quarter in china with very different time zone
