      Pros

      Opportunity to Learn and Work in the capacity MORE than you are hired for :) At one time you could be doing 2 to 5 Jobs depending on your skill and will.

      Cons

      All trainings and certifications are not globally recognised. Only chinese staff in Higher Management and R&D others have to be fluent in Chinese Language to even qualify.

      working environment was good. There was strong technical atmosphere and colleagues were quiet genius and friendly.

      Cons

      Most work had urgent deadline, so you usually had to work overtime.
