      Pros

      ZTE has a great working environment with a lot of well prepared people. Every day is a learning experience. Is a good place to keep in touch with the upcoming technologies but also to develop in the business and sales area.

      Cons

      The lack of training, since the company does not have a training policy. roles are not well defined, which means some times a Product Manager could end up doing a Service Manager's task.

      Local staff need to be given management positions in their country. It would lead to growth and development of the company in respective countries.

      Pros

      ZTE Corporation is a Chinese Telecommunication equipment supplier who is one of the largest market stakeholder for Telecommunications equipment in the world. Very professional company who is an equal opportunity employer with goal oriented and career focused designations providing an inspirational and phenomenal opportunity to it's employees of proving their true metal and delivering the goods for the respective clients of ZTE

      Cons

      The only downside of ZTE that I can think of is the fact that it's predominantly a Chinese company and hence there exists a strong Chinese cultural influence whereby spoken english of most of the Chinese is very mediocre and hence communication at large can be a little tedious specially if you're serving as a manager who is responsible for leading or directing a project
