      A telecom multinational, having variety of telecom equipment products. A diversified company where people from round the world works.

      Cons

      Being a M N C, ZTE hardly organizes any outdoor activities which i think should be done by all the company.

      Pros

      it's a nice company, good work environment, the people are kind and always willing to help you in anyway. It was a nice experience working for them.

      Cons

      Management also talks High Performance Work systems but don't know to talk to their employees. Enabling people at this plant is not heard of, belittlement and public embarrassment is a normal practice by management.
