      The company provide employees a good platform to develop their career, a full spectrum of product portfolio in telecommunication industry provide employee comprehensive opportunities or choices.

      Cons

      Not fully internationalised although business offices are widely spanned across the world. Management Philosophy is still quite local as a Chinese based company.
