      A good place to start with & work for a short duration

      Lot of support from management. Good recognition. Good place to learn new things. No restrictions from management to learn. Good Pay. Good Hike.

      Cons

      Penalties. No proper structure. Repeated changes in the organization structure. Need to have a god father else will land no where. Appraisal system not transparent. No powers for HR. Certain decisions are taken baseless. Repeated transfers. Too many times relocation.
