      Pros

      ZTE has a great working environment with a lot of well prepared people. Every day is a learning experience. Is a good place to keep in touch with the upcoming technologies but also to develop in the business and sales area.

      Cons

      The lack of training, since the company does not have a training policy. roles are not well defined, which means some times a Product Manager could end up doing a Service Manager's task.
