      people are very nice and friendly. better work and life balance makes you enjoy work (for most time) and relax, not under big pressure.

      Cons

      compared with our competitors, someone probably feels less efficient than some companies. and you will feel a little hierarchy which limits the promotion for the most aggressive engineers.
